Assignment

     Urethroscope -2.5/3.5 is used for visual examination, diagnostics and treatment of deseases of the inner surface of urethra in clinic and polyclinic institutions, in units with bedfast patient and in ambulance, for family doctors and in military, as well as disaster, medicine. A compact bag with a device for autonomous usage has a shoulder belt, a handle and a waist loop. Regulatory elements of the device are disposed comfortably for being handled with one hand. Obturators are intended to secure introduction of tubus into urethra. After the introduction of tubus obturator is taken out, a fiber light conductor is put into the tubus, the light is turned on and the examination of a patient is being conducted.

     A fibre light conductor used allows to exclude the heating of tubus and to localize lighting in the working area. The light diameter of the fibre light conductor is 3 mm.

     Changeable obturators and tubuses are high-resistant to corrosion and resistant to effect of biological liquids and tissue excretions, they are not toxic. They are sterilised in cold active solutions using any of non-temperaure method according to OCT-4221-2-85.
